1. 01About the club

   AeroClub HBTU Kanpur is a Student Club under the Association of Mechanical Engineering at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur. Club activities also follow the rules of the university.

2. 02Member accounts

   • Sign-in is available only to approved university email addresses and uses one-time codes sent to that address.
   • Keep your sign-in codes private and do not let anyone else use your account.
   • The club may suspend access that is misused, for example to send spam or to interfere with the site.

3. 03Events and registration

   • Each event page states its date, venue and any fee. Places can be limited and are confirmed in the order registrations are received; once an event is full, further registrations may join a waitlist.
   • The club may change the schedule or venue, or cancel an event. Registered participants will be told as early as possible.
   • Participants must follow the safety instructions of the organisers, especially when flying aircraft or using tools.
   • Fees, cancellations and refunds are covered by the refunds and cancellations policy.

4. 04Acceptable use

   Do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the website, submit false information, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

5. 05Content and logos

   The club and university names, logos, photos and written content on this website belong to AeroClub HBTU Kanpur, Harcourt Butler Technical University or the people who created them. Please ask before reusing them.

6. 06Liability

   The website is provided as is. The club works to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that it is always complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.

7. 07Privacy and changes

   How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice. If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too.
